REGULATION OF INTERNAL ORDERS

 

      As Owners, we want you to have a pleasant stay in our guesthouse, assuring you that we will do our best to the services offered to meet your expectations. The internal order regulation and the rules of behavior presented below have the role of establishing the premises for the operation of the guesthouse in civilized conditions and according to legal norms.

      The purpose of this regulation is to establish the conditions for the stay of tourists in the guesthouse. It applies to all tourists, who accept it by the very fact of their accommodation in the guesthouse and must comply with it without limits or reservations.

      For good communication and coexistence, please strictly observe the following rules of internal order.

 

1. Reservation and accommodation

      So that our efforts to provide you with the best accommodation, comfort and privacy are maintained, and for In the event of your return to us, we kindly ask you to treat the facilities and the atmosphere of the guesthouse with care.

 

      Our accommodation services refer to the entire guesthouse regardless of the number of people (up to the maximum capacity of 11-13 people adults).

      The minimum stay period is 2 nights.

IMPORTANT!: Accommodation in an apartment or suite implies that the kitchen, living room and downstairs bathroom, including parking and outdoor facilities become common areas and must be shared in a civilized manner with the rest of the guests. 

​

 

Accommodation rates

​

 

One apartment - consists of a bedroom (one double bed and one single bed), living room, kitchenette, bathroom and balcony with panoramic view. 

             Only for rent from January 1st to April 26th 2024, from Sunday to Friday, for maximum 3 persons, for minimum 2 nights. 

             Rate: 400 lei/night

​

 

One suite - consisting of 2 rooms upstairs, each room with double bed, wardrobe. One of the rooms has a balcony with a view and the other has a French balcony.

             For rent only from 1 January to 26 April 2024, from Sunday to Friday, for maximum 4 people, for minimum 2 nights.

             Rate: 400 lei/night

All prices below refer to accommodation in the whole guesthouse under the conditions mentioned here.

NOTE:For reservations made through the online platforms Booking.com and Airbnb.com, according to the legal provisions, payment with vouchers or holiday cards is not accepted.

Reservations

​

The reservation is considered to be firm at the time of payment of the advance of up to 25% of the total value of the stay (regardless of the duration of the stay) or any other value from 25% to the total value. This amount is also a guarantee and is returned at check-out or, if there are no problems, the difference is paid until the value of the stay is equal.

In case of cancellation of a reservation less than 7 days before 12:00 PM on the day of check-in, the entire advance is retained.

Related services, available activities and local points of interest

​

 

Food - On request we can provide contact details for catering companies to provide food and organise events at our guesthouse.

​

 

Activities and local points of interest - After confirming your reservation we will send you an e-mail with a lot of information about the activities available in the area (tourist trails, horse riding, ATV rental, suppliers of local products, etc.), as well as a guide with local points of interest (areas to visit, places with views, etc.).

 

     2. Comfort and safety

​

                      SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN IN THE ROOMS AND INSIDE THE UNIT!

 

      Smoking and vaping (electronic cigarette – according to the EC decision) is prohibited in the rooms and in the guesthouse. -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

      Smoking places are established on balconies and terraces, which are equipped with ashtrays.

      Failure to comply with the ban on smoking in the room or any room of the unit will result in the payment of the general price of curtains, cleaning curtains performed by a professional company in an emergency, and the cost of the room for a minimum of three days, the time required to ventilate the room until the total disappearance of the caused smell.

 

      For your safety and our business, please ensure that access is CLOSED after 9:00 PM. 22.00.

 

      Towels in the bathrooms are changed every 3 days and bed linen every 4 days or upon request.

 

Is prohibited:

• damage to the objects of the boarding house, otherwise those responsible owe the Commercial Company the value of the damaged object, the labor and any losses caused by the suspension of the room rental activity during the repairs;

• leaving the boarding house premises with objects from the boarding house equipment;

• access to the premises intended for the boarding house staff;

• access to the boarding house of people who are not accommodated, if they have not been notified to the administrator;

• preparing food and eating it in the room, eating food is allowed only in specially arranged spaces;

• throwing cigarette butts in places other than ashtrays or specially arranged places;

• access to large electrical consumers, stoves, radiators, air heaters, kettles in the guesthouse! If you need it, ask the administrator. Any damage caused by the malfunctioning of electrical devices introduced in the guesthouse premises, including chargers, phone batteries, tablets, etc., are your responsibility;

• the introduction of weaponry, white weapons or tear gas in the boarding house! According to Romanian legislation, the consumption or sale of hallucinogenic or psychotropic substances is prohibited and punishable.

 

It is mandatory for tourists:​

• not to leave children unattended;

• not to leave pets unattended;

• to notify as soon as possible any malfunction of the devices or installations in the endowment, do not attempt to repair it yourself;

• not to use the towels for: wiping dyed hair, removing make-up, cleaning shoes, suitcases, the floor, etc. To be used for bodily use;

 

Other mentions:

• any accident caused as a result of improper use of the equipment or non-compliance with this regulation is not our responsibility;

• any accident caused as a result of not supervising the children is not our responsibility;

• garbage and household waste will be stored in household bags, which are made available to you in the kitchen area, or in the garbage cans located within the radius of the guesthouse;

• for any destruction or damage to the goods or non-compliance with the cleaning rules, measures will be taken accordingly and the amounts related to the repair of the damage will be paid.

 

This regulation meets the expectations of our tourists. In case of non-compliance with one or more restrictions in this regulation, we reserve the right to deny access to the premises of the guesthouse and to act according to the law for violation of private property or its internal rules.

 

     3.The kitchen and dining area

​

      The kitchen is available to all customers, but it is intended for the preparation of simple and complex dishes.

 

      PleaseKEEP CLEANand leave the location as you would like to find it.

 

• use the vacuum cleaner with confidence;

• all waste will be collected selectively, in properly marked trash cans;

• you will find with us household bags in sufficient quantities for each fraction of waste;

• in no case do not leave the cleaning until the next morning no matter how late it is;

• do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or in the dishwasher;

• do not leave electrical appliances unattended (with the exception of the dishwasher);

• do not leave any food (bread, milk, mustard, juices...) in the kitchen, please keep them in the fridge. Any food found will be thrown in the trash, considering that it does not belong to anyone staying;

• any goods left in the guesthouse are stored for 30 days. If they are not recovered after this period, they become the property of the guesthouse.

 

      Preparing a BBQ or cauldron can only be done in a specially arranged place. Inform the manager in advance of your intention to use the grill or kettle. After each use of the grill or cauldron, the fire will be extinguished with water and the grill cleaned.
