RULES OF PROCEDURE

 

As Owners, we want you to have a pleasant stay in our guesthouse, making sure that we strive to ensure that all services offered live up to your expectations. The internal regulations and the norms of behavior presented below have the role of establishing the premises for the functioning of the pension in civilized conditions and according to the legal norms.

The purpose of this regulation is to establish the conditions for the stay of tourists within the pension. It applies to all tourists, who accept it by the very fact of their accommodation in the pension and must comply with it without limits or reservations.

For good communication and coexistence, please strictly follow the following rules of inner order.

 

1. Reservation and accommodation

In order for our efforts to ensure the best conditions of accommodation, comfort and privacy to be preserved, and for your eventual return to us, we kindly ask you to treat with care the facilities and ambiance of the pension spaces.

 

The agro-pension is rented completely, regardless of the number of tourists (up to the maximum accommodation capacity of 11-13 adults).

The minimum accommodation period is 2 nights.

 

Accommodation rates

 

All rates refer to the complete rental of the agropension according to the above accommodation conditions.

 

The period January 1, 2021 - March 31, 2021

 

Monday - Friday - 950 lei / night including VAT

Friday-Sunday - 1000 lei / night including VAT

 

Payment methods

 

-cash

-using a bank card

-holiday vouchers (Sodexo, UP, Edenred) printed format

-holiday cards (Sodexo, UP, Edenred)

-for public employees, the fiscal invoice for settlement is issued

 

Reservations

 

The reservation is considered to be firm at the time of payment of the advance of up to 25% of the total value of the stay (regardless of the length of stay). This amount is also a guarantee and is returned at check-out or, if there are no problems, the difference is paid up to the value of the stay.

In case of cancellation of a reservation less than 7 days before 12:00 PM of the check-in day, the advance is fully retained.

 

2 . Comfort and safety

 

SMOKING IS NOT PROVIDED IN THE ROOMS AND THE ENCLOSURE OF THE UNIT!

 

It is forbidden to smoke and smoke (electronic cigarette - according to hot.CE) in the rooms and inside the pension. The unit is equipped with smoke detectors that are connected to firefighters. The arrival of firefighters involves travel costs that will be borne by the person who triggers these devices.

Smoking areas are set on balconies and terraces, which are equipped with ashtrays.

Failure to comply with the ban on smoking in the room or any room of the unit entails payment of the general cleaning fee, washing the curtains, curtains made by the professional company in an emergency, and the value of the room for a minimum of three days, time required to ventilate the room until the total disappearance of the odor caused.

 

For the safety of you and our business, please make sure that the access is left CLOSED after 21.00 / 22.00.

 

Bath towels are changed every 3 days and bed linen is changed every 4 days or on request.

 

Is prohibited:

• the deterioration of the objects from the endowment of the pension, otherwise the responsible ones owe to the Commercial Company the equivalent value of the damaged object, the labor and the eventual losses caused by the suspension of the activity of renting the room during the repairs;

• leaving the pension with objects from the pension endowment;

• access to the spaces intended for the pension staff;

• the access to the pension of persons who are not accommodated, if they have not been notified to the administrator;

• food preparation and consumption in the room, food consumption is allowed only in specially designed spaces;

• throwing cigarette butts in places other than ashtrays or specially designed places;

• access with large electrical consumers, stoves, radiators, air heaters, kettles in the pension! If necessary, ask the administrator. Any damage caused by the malfunction of the electrical appliances introduced inside the pension, including chargers, phone batteries, tablets, etc., are your responsibility;

• the introduction of weapons, knives or tear gas! According to Romanian legislation, the consumption or sale of hallucinogenic or psychotropic substances is prohibited and is punishable.

 

It is mandatory for tourists:

• not to leave their children unattended;

• not to leave their pets unattended;

• report any damage to the equipment or installations as soon as possible, do not attempt to repair it yourself;

• do not use towels for: wiping dyed hair, for removing make-up, cleaning shoes, suitcases, flooring, etc. Use for body use;

 

Other mentions:

• any accident caused by the improper use of the equipment or non-compliance with this regulation is not our responsibility;

• any accident caused by non-supervision of children is not our responsibility;

• garbage and household waste will be stored in household bags, which are made available to you in the kitchen area, or in the garbage bins located within the pension;

• for any destruction or damage to the goods or non-compliance with the cleaning rules, measures will be taken accordingly and the amounts related to the repair of the damages will be paid.

 

This regulation meets the expectations of our tourists. In case of non-compliance with one or more restrictions of this regulation, we reserve the right to prohibit access to the premises of the pension and to act in accordance with the law for violation of private property or its internal rules.

 

3. The kitchen and dining area

 

The kitchen is available to all guests, but it is designed for simple meals.

 

Please KEEP CLEAN and leave the location as you would like it to be.

 

• use the vacuum cleaner with confidence;

• under no circumstances leave the cleaning the next morning no matter what the late hour is;

• do not leave dirty dishes in the sink, or in the dishwasher;

• do not leave electrical appliances in unsupervised operation (except for the dishwasher);

• do not leave any food (bread, milk, mustard, juices…) in the kitchen, please keep them in the refrigerator. Any food found will be thrown away, considering that it does not belong to anyone accommodated;

• any forgotten goods in the pension are stored for 30 days. If they are not recovered after this period, they become the property of the pension.

 

The preparation of a BBQ or cauldron can be done only in the specially arranged place. Inform your administrator in advance of your intention to use the grill or kettle. After each use of the grill or cauldron, the fire will be extinguished with water and the grill will be cleaned.
